“LAMINATED PACKAGING ASSEMBLY AND CASE, AND, METHOD FOR MAKING PACKAGING ASSEMBLY” Technical Field of the Invention [001] The present invention relates to packaging and in particular, but not exclusively, packaging for food and more specifically for food products. confectionery. Background of the Invention [002] It is known to pack food products such as chocolate bars and other confectionery-type snacks in a package that is formed from a flexible material wrapper. Such known wrappers may be in the form of a flat, foldable material having an inner surface directed towards the food product and an outer surface. The outer surface can be printed or can be provided with information for the consumer. In some processes, the wrapper is supplied as part of a continuous roll or wrapper film. [003] A known packaging arrangement is commonly referred to as flow wrap packaging. This type of packaging is produced using a flow wrap method, in which a film of material is supplied on a roll, for packaging numerous products in a substantially continuous process and is often used to package generally blocked shaped products such as chocolate bars or other confectionery bars and the like. However, said arrangement can be modified to pack products in a different way or to pack a stack or row of smaller products placed side by side. [004] In the flow wrap method, the material is fed through a machine that folds it over each product in each pile of products in turn so that opposite longitudinal side edges are brought into contact and linked together to form a longitudinal flap or contour seal. The material is usually fitted to the end of the Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 7/153 / 35 product or stacked to form end seals and the material is cut to separate each package from the rest of the film. The seals can be formed using an adhesive to glue the opposite surfaces of the enclosure or by heating the material under pressure, so that the opposing surfaces mix and fuse together to form a welded seal. [005] It is also known to pack various products in a row or stacked by folding a wrapper around the stack and securing the wrapper in the folded condition to form a tubular packaging. The wrapper is folded circumferentially over the stack so that one longitudinal edge of the wrapper overlaps the other longitudinal edge and is held in place by means of adhesive or otherwise glued to form a longitudinal joint. The wrapper is larger than the stack and the projecting edges of the wrapper are folded to form tabs in an overlapping arrangement to close the ends of the package. The end closure flaps can be adhered to each other so that the wrapper forms a closed package for the products. This type of packaging is used for a variety of consumable products such as cookies and confectionery items including gum balls, jelly beans, mint, sewn candies, caramels, chocolates, toffees and the like. [006] For each type of packaging, suitable wrappers can be made from a variety of materials including polymeric materials, sheet metal, and paper. Often, the wrapper will be formed as a laminate having two or more layers of different materials. To pack confectionery products, a commonly used laminate includes an inner layer of paper and an outer layer of metal or aluminum foil. However, other materials can be used including polymeric materials which can include thermoplastic materials such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example. Depending on the types of material used, Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 8/153 / 35 the known wrappers can be used to form a completely sealed package, which is substantially impermeable to moisture and gas. However, for some foods and confectionery applications, a hermetically sealed package is not desired. [007] One problem that affects existing wrappers is that the material used is generally very resistant. This makes it difficult to open the package as the material does not break easily in a controlled manner. To assist the consumer in accessing packaged products, it is common practice for a fragile guiding line to or on the wrapper, which helps the consumer to tear the packaging along a predetermined line. Often, the flimsy line will be positioned in a way that circumscribes the packaging at or near the end so that once broken, a region and end of the package can be completely or partially removed to allow access to the product (s). [008] A known form of fragile line includes a separate strip of material, which is stronger than the wrapper and one end of the strip is exposed in the finished package so that it can be scraped by a user and pulled out to tear the wrapping along the strip line. The use of a separate tear strip is disadvantageous in that it requires the manufacture and storage of an additional component, i.e. the strip, as well as an additional process step of applying the strip to the wrapper. When packages are formed from a roll of material in a continuous process, such as flow wrap packaging, the strip of material is often applied to the material as part of the packaging process. However, in order to apply the strip, the machinery must be run at speeds that are significantly less than the maximum speed that could otherwise be achieved. This is especially where the strip is applied in a direction across the material. This reduces the efficiency of the packaging process and therefore leads to an increase in Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 9/153 / 35 costs. [009] To overcome these disadvantages, it is known to form one or more fragile lines in the wrapper to act as a line guide. Fragile lines can be formed through perforations that extend through the wrapper, but this is not suitable where the product is perishable when the integrity of the sealed package is lost. Alternatively, marking lines can be formed which extend only partially through the thickness of the material. Where the wrapper is laminated, it is known to provide a fragile line which extends only through one or a few of the layers so that at least one layer is left intact to maintain the integrity of the package before opening. This arrangement, however, is not always satisfactory since the layer (s) that are / are left intact (s) can still be difficult to break in a controlled manner. [0010] It is also known to pack products, including food and confectionery products, in a packaging in the form of a box made of thin, flexible and laminated cardboard, such as laminated cardboard, cardboard or similar. In order to make opening the box easier, fragile lines can be formed on the cardboard to define an opening region. However, particularly when products are food products, such as confectionery, it is desirable that the fragile lines do not destroy the integrity of the packaging before the packaging is opened, but are still configured in a way that is easy for all consumers, including children and the elderly, open the packaging. It is also desirable that the packaging is able to be reused and resealed. GB2172545 discloses a purse. GB2441320, on the other hand, reveals an easily opened packaging. [0011] It is an objective of the present invention, to provide an improved packaging which overcomes or at least alleviates the above problems. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 10/153 / 35 [0012] It is an additional objective of the invention, to provide an improved packaging material which overcomes or alleviates the above problems. [0013] It is an additional objective of the invention, to provide an improved packaging method which overcomes or at least alleviates the above problems. Summary of the Invention [0014] According to a first embodiment of the present invention, a packaging structure including one or more products is provided, and a package closing the one or more products, the package being formed of a laminated material having a structure outer laminate and inner laminate structure, the package having an opening arrangement that includes a tear strip formed in the laminated material, the tear strip having an outer tear strip portion defined in the outer laminate structure between a pair of spaced outer lines fragile in the external laminated structure and at least one internal fragile line in the internal laminated structure which is displaced from the fragile lines, at least part of the tear strip defined in one of the internal laminated structures being connected to an overlapping region of the laminated structures internally and externally in a detachable manner. [0015] The material can be a flexible laminated wrapping or a film. [0016] The material can be laminated paper, such as cardboard, cardboard or similar. [0017] At least a part of the tear strip can be attached to the overlapping region of the internal laminated structure by means of a peelable adhesive. [0018] In an arrangement, the opening arrangement includes a single fragile inner line in the inner laminate structure, the fragile inner line being located between the spaced rupture outer lines. The strip portion of Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 11/153 / 35 external rupture being connected to an overlapping region of the internal laminated structure in a detachable manner. [0019] In an alternative arrangement, the rupture strip includes a portion of the rupture strip defined in the internal laminated structure between two fragile lines spaced internally in the internal structure. Each of the internal fragile lines substantially follows the path of one corresponding to an external line of rupture and at least one of the internal lines of rupture is displaced in relation to its corresponding external fragile line. [0020] The outer tear strip portion may be attached to the inner tear strip portion in which case the strength of the glue between the outer and inner tear strip portion is stronger than the force of the peelable glue between said at least part of the rupture strip defined in one of the internal and external laminated structures. In one configuration, the peelable adhesive is used to glue said at least part of the tear strip defined on one of the inner and outer laminate structures and the overlapping region of the other of the outer and inner laminate structures in a peelable manner and a permanent adhesive used to glue the internal and external laminated structures together elsewhere. In another configuration, the external and internal laminated structures are joined together using a single adhesive, the adhesive being shaped to provide the different glue forces required. The adhesive can be a permanent adhesive, a peelable / resealed adhesive or a cold seal. [0021] The external rupture strip portion may not be connected to an internal rupture strip portion, in which case the external rupture lines extend only partially through the external laminated structure. [0022] One of the external and internal rupture strip portions may have a region of longitudinal edge which projects in a lateral direction of the rupture strip in addition to a longitudinal edge of the other of the external or internal rupture strip portions to define a longitudinal edge region that Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 12/153 / 35 overlapping a portion of one of the internal and external laminated structures, the longitudinal edge region being connected to an overlapping portion of said one of the internal and external laminated structures. [0023] The inner tear strip portion may be narrower than the outer tear strip portion having at least one longitudinal edge region that protrudes beyond a corresponding laminated edge of the inner tear strip portion and at at least one longitudinal edge region can be connected to a portion that extends below the inner laminate structure in a detachable manner. Both longitudinal edges of the outer tear strip portion project beyond the corresponding longitudinal edges of the inner tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on either side of the tear strip, in which case, both longitudinal edge regions they can be connected to the respective portions which extend underneath the laminated internal structure in a detachable manner. [0024] The inner tear strip portion may be wider than the outer tear strip portion, the inner tear strip portion having at least one longitudinal edge region projecting beyond a corresponding laminated edge of the the outer tear strip portion and at least one longitudinal edge region can be detachably connected to an overlapping portion of the outer laminate structure. Both longitudinal edges of the inner tear strip portion may protrude beyond the corresponding longitudinal edges of the outer tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on each side of the outer tear strip, in which case, both regions of longitudinal edges can be detachable to the respective overlapping portions of the outer laminated structure. [0025] The inner tear strip portion can be partially moved to one side of the outer tear strip portion so that a Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 13/153 / 35 longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip portion projects downward from a corresponding longitudinal edge of the inner tear strip along one side of the tear strip to define a longitudinal edge region which is attached to the portion underneath the inner laminate structure, in a detachable manner, and a longitudinal edge of the inner tear strip portion projects downward from a corresponding longitudinal edge that is detachably connected to the overlapping portion of the outer laminate structure. [0026] The outer tear strip portion may have a maximum width of no more than 10 mm, or no more than 8 mm, or no more than 6 mm, or no more than 4 mm, or not more than 2mm, or not more than 1mm. [0027] The longitudinal edges of the tear strip can be non-linear. [0028] The package can form an elongated tube surrounding one or more products that have a longitudinal axis, the tubular package being closed at each end. In such a case, the tear strip can generally extend in a lateral direction over the tubular package in a position between the ends. The rupture strip can partially or completely circulate the tubular package. The tear strip can be positioned close to one end of the tubular package. Alternatively, the tear strip can generally extend in a longitudinal direction of the package. The tear strip can be aligned transversely or longitudinally or it can be angled with respect to the longitudinal axis of the package. The tear strip can have any desired shape and can be straight or curved. The tear strip can start and end at any desired positions on the package. [0029] The packaging can be a flow wrap packaging. The package may have a longitudinal fin seal or a Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 14/153 / 35 lap. The ends of the tubular package can be crimped to form end fin seals or can be folded to produce overlapping flaps which form end closures. [0030] At least one product can be a rigid product which is not able to pass through an opening formed in the package by removing the tear strip as such. In this case, the tear strip can be positioned so that once opened in a region of the package it can be folded over one end of the product to allow access to the product. The product can generally be in the form of a block. [0031] At least one product can be at least one confectionery product, lined up in a pile. The at least one confectionery product can be a chocolate or a bar. [0032] At least one product can include a plurality of confectionery products aligned in a pile. Confectionery products can be jelly beans, mint, gums, hard sewn candies, candies, caramels, chocolates, toffees and the like. [0033] According to a second embodiment of the invention, a section of laminated material is provided to form a package, the material including an outer laminate structure and an inner laminate structure, the inner and outer laminate structures being joined together in a relationship of face to face, the section of laminated packaging material having an opening arrangement including a rupture strip defined in the material, the rupture strip having a portion of external rupture strip defined in the external laminated structure between two fragile lines spaced externally on the other laminated structure and at least one internal fragile line in the displaced internal laminated structure but following the same general path as the outer spaced fragile lines, in at least part of the rupture strip defined in one of the internal and external laminated structures being connected to a region of overlap of the other of the internal laminated structures and Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 15/153 / 35 in a detachable manner. [0034] In an arrangement, the opening arrangement includes only a single internal fragile line in the internal laminated structure located between the outer spaced fragile lines, the portion of the external rupture strip being detachably connected to the underlying region of the internal laminated structure. . [0035] In an alternative arrangement, the rupture strip includes a portion of the internal rupture strip defined in the internal laminated structure between two internal fragile lines spaced in the internal structure. Each of the internal fragile lines can substantially follow the path of one corresponding to the external rupture lines and at least one of the internal rupture lines can be displaced in relation to its corresponding external fragile line. The outer tear strip portion can be attached to the inner tear strip portion, in which case the strength of the glue between the inner and outer tear strip portions is stronger than the peelable adhesion between said at least part the rupture strip defined in one of the internal and external laminated structures and the region of overlap of the other of the internal and external laminated structures. In one configuration, a peelable adhesive is used to glue said at least part of the tear strip defined on one of the internal and external laminated structures and the overlapping region of the other of the internal and external laminated structures in a detachable manner and a permanent adhesive used to glue the internal and external laminated structures together where the structures are not intended to be separated. In another configuration, the internal and external laminated structures are connected with a single adhesive, the adhesive being made in order to provide the required differences in bond strength. The sticker can be a permanent sticker, a peelable / reusable sticker or a cold seal sticker. The outer tear strip portion may not be connected to the inner tear strip portion, in which case the outer fragile lines extend only partially through the outer laminated structure. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 16/153 / 35 [0036] At least one of the inner and outer tear strip portions has a longitudinal edge region that projects in a lateral direction of the tear strip in addition to a corresponding longitudinal edge in the other of the tear strip portions internal or external rupture to define a region of longitudinal edge which overlaps a portion of one of the internal and external laminated structures, the region of longitudinal edge being connected to an overlapping portion of said one of the external and internal laminated structures of a detachable way. [0037] The inner tear strip portion may be narrower than the outer tear strip portion, the outer tear strip portion, having at least one longitudinal edge region projecting beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the internal tear strip portion and at least one longitudinal edge region can be detachably connected to an underlying portion of the internal laminated structure. Both longitudinal edges of the outer tear strip portion can project beyond the corresponding longitudinal edges of the inner tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on each side of the tear strip, in which both longitudinal edge regions they can be connected to the respective underlying portions of the internal laminated structure in a detachable manner. [0038] The inner tear strip portion may be wider than the outer tear strip portion, the inner tear strip portion having at least one longitudinal edge region projecting beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the the outer tear strip portion and at least one longitudinal edge region can be detachably connected to an overlapping portion of the outer laminated structure. Both longitudinal edges of the inner tear strip portion can project beyond the corresponding longitudinal edges of the outer tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on each side Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 17/153 / 35 of the tear strip, in which both regions of longitudinal edges can be connected to the respective overlapping portions of the external laminated structure in a detachable manner. [0039] The inner tear strip portion may be partially offset to one side of the outer tear strip portion so that a longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip portion protrudes beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the tear strip internal along one side of the tear strip to define a first longitudinal edge region and a longitudinal edge of the tear strip portion of the project beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip along the other side of the tear strip. rupture to define a second edge region, in which the first longitudinal edge region in the outer laminate structure can be detachable to the underlying portion of the inner laminate structure while the second longitudinal edge region in the inner laminate structure can be connected to the overlapping portion of the outer laminated structure in a detachable manner. [0040] The outer tear strip portion may have a maximum width of no more than 10 mm, or no more than 8 mm, or no more than 6 mm, or no more than 4 mm, or no more than 2 mm, or no more than 1 mm, [0041] The material can be a laminated board, such as cardboard, cardboard, or the like. [0042] The material section can be a flexible laminated wrapper that can form part of a continuous length of flexible laminated packaging material that has a plurality of defined opening arrangements along its length. The continuous length can be formed in the form of a roll. [0043] The tear strip can extend in any desired direction in the material and can have any desired shape. In a Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 18/153 / 35 configuration, the tear strip extends in a generally transverse direction of the material section across all or part of its width. [0044] In accordance with a third aspect of the present invention, a method is provided for making a packaging kit including one or more products and a package containing one or more products, the method consisting of: The. forming a flexible laminate material including an outer laminate structure and an inner laminate structure aligned face to face; B. producing two fragile outer lines spaced on the outer laminated structure to define a portion of the outer tear strip; ç. produce at least one internal fragile line in the displaced internal laminated structure, but following the same general path as the spaced external fragile lines; and d. gluing at least part of the defined tear strip on one or more internal and external laminated structures to a region of overlap of the other of the internal and external laminated structures in a detachable manner. [0045] The method may also include forming the packaging material within a package containing one or more products. [0046] The material can be a laminated card such as cardboard, cardboard or similar. [0047] The material can be a flexible laminated wrapper and the method can include forming a plurality of wrappers over a continuous length. The method may include forming the wrapper within a package containing one or more products using flow wrapping techniques. [0048] The fragile lines can be produced in the respective internal and external laminated structures both before and after the structures Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 19/153 / 35 are connected together or a combination of the two. [0049] The method may include applying a permanent laminated adhesive and a peelable adhesive to a surface of at least one of the internal and external laminated structures in suitable positions to be registered with the fragile lines. [0050] The method may include applying a single adhesive to a surface or at least one of the internal and external laminated structures and making the adhesive in registration with the fragile lines to form the required margin of glue strength. [0051] In an arrangement, the method includes producing only a single internal fragile line in the internal laminated structure located between the spaced external fragile lines and connecting the outer tear strip portion to an underlying region of the internal laminated structure in a detachable manner. [0052] In an alternative arrangement the method includes producing two internal fragile lines spaced on the internal structure to define a portion of the internal tear strip. The internal fragile lines can each substantially follow the path of a line corresponding to one of the external fragile lines, at least one of the internal fragile lines can be produced in a position that is offset in relation to its corresponding external fragile line. [0053] The method may include positioning the fragile lines such that in at least one of the portions of the internal tear strip has a region of longitudinal edge which projects in a material direction of the tear strip in addition to a corresponding longitudinal edge of the other of the internal and external rupture strip portions to define a region of longitudinal edge which overlaps a portion of one of the internal and external laminated structures, the region of longitudinal edge being connected in the overlapping portions of said one of the internal laminated structures and externally in a detachable way. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 20/153 / 35 [0054] The method may include gluing the inner and outer laminated structures together, using one or more adhesives and making the adhesive such that the outer tear strip portion is not attached to the inner tear strip portion and form the fragile lines in the other laminated structure such that it only extends a part of the path through the external laminated structure. The method may include gluing the inner and outer laminate structures together, using one or more adhesives and making the adhesive (s) so that the strength of the glue between the inner and outer tear strip portions is stronger than the strength of the glue between said region of longitudinal edge of one of the external and internal rupture strip portions and the overlapping portion of one of the internal and external laminated structures. The method may include bonding the inner and outer laminated structures together over most of their opposing surface areas with a permanent laminating adhesive and bonding said longitudinal edge region to one of the inner and outer tear strip portions and the superimposition of one of the internal and external laminated structures with a peelable adhesive. In an alternative arrangement, the method may include bonding the inner and outer laminate structures together, using only a single adhesive, the method including making the adhesive so that the strength of the glue formed between the inner and outer laminate structures is less where a glue possible to be pulled out is required, in relation to other laminated structures that do not intend to be separated. [0055] The method may include forming the fragile lines such that the space between the internal fragile lines is less than the space between the external fragile lines, such that the portion of the outer tear strip having at least one longitudinal edge region that projects beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the inner tear strip portion and the method may include gluing at least one longitudinal edge region of the tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on each side of the tear strip, in which case, the method may include bonding of Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 21/153 / 35 both longitudinal edge regions of the outer tear strip portion to the underlying portions of the internal laminated structure in a detachable manner. The method may include forming the fragile lines such that the space between the internal rupture lines can be larger than the space between the external rupture lines such that the internal tear strip portion is wider than the rupture strip portion outer, the inner tear strip portion that has at least one longitudinal edge region projecting beyond a corresponding longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip portion and the method may include gluing at least one longitudinal edge region of the laminated structure to an overlapping portion of the inner laminated structure to an overlapping portion of the outer laminated structure, in a detachable manner. [0056] The method may include forming the fragile lines such that both longitudinal edges of the inner tear strip portion protrude beyond the corresponding longitudinal edges of the outer tear strip portion to define the longitudinal edge regions on each side of the rupture strip in which case the method may include gluing both regions of longitudinal edge of the internal laminated structure to the respective overlapping portions of the external laminated structure in a detachable manner. The method may include forming the fragile lines such that the inner tear strip portion is partially displaced to one side of the outer tear strip portion so that a longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip portion protrudes beyond an edge corresponding longitudinal strip of an outer tear strip along one side of the outer tear strip along the other side of the tear strip to define a second longitudinal edge region, and glue the first longitudinal edge region to the underlying portion of the laminated structure detachable and glue the second longitudinal edge region to the overlap portion of the outer laminate structure in a detachable manner. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 22/153 / 35 [0057] The method may include forming the fragile lines by means of laser engraving or by marking. The method may include forming the fragile lines using a pair of counter rotating die cylinders positioned on the opposite sides of the laminated material, one of the cylinders being positioned to make contact with the external laminated structure having blades to form the external fragile lines, the other matrix cylinder being placed to make contact with the internal laminated structure and having one or more blades to form the internal rupture line (s). [0058] The step of transforming the packaging material into a package containing one or more products may comprise a product flow wrap or a product stack in which the packaging is formed from a continuous roll of wrapping folding a region of end of the roll on a product or stack of products, bringing the longitudinal side edges of the material into face-to-face contact and connecting the longitudinal side edges together to form a longitudinal fin seal, crimping the material at each end of the product or stack to form end seals and cut the material to separate the packaging from the rest of the film. The method of forming the package can be repeated to package a plurality of products from the roll of material in a substantially continuous process. Detailed Description of the Invention [0059] Various configurations of the present invention will now be described by way of example only, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 is a plan view of a first configuration of a packaging assembly according to the present invention; Figure 2 is a view of the assembly of the package of Figure 1 taken from one side; Figure 3 is a view of the assembly of the package of Figure 1 taken from the other side; Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 23/153 / 35 Figure 4 is a cross sectional view on an enlarged scale through part of an opening arrangement forming part of the packaging assembly of Figure 1, taken on line A-A. [0060] The same reference numerals plus 100 in each case will be used to identify the same or similar characteristics, in the various configurations described above; [0061] Figures 1 to 4 illustrate a first configuration of a packaging set illustrating a first configuration of a packaging set 10 according to the invention. The packaging set 10 includes one or more products, in this case, a chocolate bar (not shown), which is housed in a tubular package 12 formed from a wrapping 14 of flexible material. [0062] The flexible material housing 14 is folded around the product and sealed to fully close the product. Longitudinal edge regions of housing 14 are joined together, inner face to inner face, to form a longitudinal fin seal 165 which extends along a back face 18 of the package. Opposite end edge regions of the wrapper extending beyond the ends of the chocolate bar are joined together, face to face, to form transverse seals 20, 22 at each end of the product, in a known manner. The longitudinal and transverse seals 16, 20, 22 can be formed using an adhesive to stick the opposite surfaces of the shell or by heating the material under pressure so that the opposing surfaces melt and fuse together to form a fused seal. The longitudinal seal 16 is referred to as a "fin seal" because it projects outwardly in the manner of a fin as shown in Figures 2 and 3, where they are formed for the first time. Generally, however, the fin seal 16 will be folded across when the packaging is completed. [0063] Pack 12 is a Flow Wrap pack and is Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 25/153 / 35 formed on a vertical packaging machine (FFS) not shown. Label 14 is part of a continuous length of wrappers that is fed from a roll into the machine and folded over each product. The internal surfaces of the regions of opposite longitudinal edge of the wrapper are brought into contact and joined together to form the longitudinal fin seal 16. Opposite regions of the material at each end of the product are brought into contact and linked to form transverse end seals 20, 22 and the material is then cut to separate each package 12 from the rest of the material. The packaging material can be referred to as a film. By that it must be understood that this term does not mean that the material has to be necessarily transparent or translucent. The material can be printed in a known manner. [0064] The enclosure 14 includes a lamination of two or more layers of flexible materials that are glued together, face to face. Where the product is a food product, at least one of the layers may be substantially impermeable to moisture and air and the package may be hermetically sealed. It should be noted that some products, hermetically sealed packaging is not desired. Examples of typical materials that can be used include: paper-based materials, one or more polymeric materials including thermoplastic materials such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and metal sheets. [0065] For the purposes of the following description and appended claims, the laminated wrapper 14 can be considered to have an internal laminated structure 24 to position close to the product and an external laminated structure 26 to position distal to the product. The internal and external laminated structures 24, 26 are connected together, face to face, and each includes one or more layers of material. For example, wrapper 14 could be a lamination of just two layers of material, which could be an inner layer of paper and an outer layer of sheet metal. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 26/153 / 35 metal, such as an aluminum plate. In this case, the paper layer constitutes the internal laminated structure and the metal plate constitutes the external laminated structure. However, in more complex configurations, one or both of the internal and external laminated structures may have more than one layer of material. An example of this could be a wrapper having an inner layer of paper, a layer of sheet metal on the outer side of the paper and a layer of polymeric material on the outer side of the sheet. In this case, the paper layer can constitute the internal laminated structure while the sheet layer and the polymeric layer together constitute the external laminated structure. The polymeric material can be a thermoplastic material, such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example. [0066] The packaging 12 includes an opening arrangement in a side wall portion of the tubular packaging generally indicated as 28. The opening arrangement includes a tear strip 30 which is aligned to extend in a lateral, perpendicular direction to a longitudinal axis XX of the tubular package 12. The tear strip 30 in the present configuration does not completely surround the package, but extends across a front face 32 and downwards on both sides 34, 36. The tear strip 30 is located closer to an end 38 of the package 12 and is configured so that after opening, the end region 38 A can be folded to allow access to the product within the package. [0067] As can be seen in Figure 4, the tear strip 30 includes an outer tear strip portion 40 which is defined in the outer laminated structure 26 between two spaced fragile lines 42, 44. The fragile lines 42, 44 in the external laminated structure will be called "external lines" of rupture to facilitate the reference. The rupture strip 30 also includes an inner rupture strip portion 46 which is defined in an internal laminated structure 24 between two spaced fragile lines 48, 50 formed in the internal laminated structure 24. The fragile lines 48, 50 in the internal laminated structure 24 will be Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 27/153 / 35 called fragile “internal” lines for easy reference. The internal fragile lines 48, 50 in the internal laminate structure generally follow the same path as the external fragile lines, but are displaced inwardly from their internal fragile lines 42, 44 so that the internal tear strip portion 46 is more narrower than the outer tear strip portion 40. [0068] Over most of its area, the opposite bonding surfaces of the internal and external laminated structures 24, 26, are bonded together with a permanent laminating adhesive 52, which resists the separation of the two structures. As shown in Figure 4, the outer tear strip portion 40 on the outer laminate structure is also attached to the inner tear strip portion 46 on the inner laminate structure, using a permanent laminating adhesive 52. However, the edge regions longitudinal side 54 of the tear strip portion 40 extending outward from the inner tear lines 48, 50 are attached to the underlying portions of the inner laminate structure 24, using a peelable adhesive 56. In some configurations, peelable adhesive 56 is a adhesive that can be resealed to enable the package to be reused, but this is not essential to the broader aspect of the present invention. An additional fragile line 58 is formed in the outer laminate structure 26 and extends in a generally longitudinal direction of the package between the external fragile lines 42, 44 to define an end of the outer tear strip portion 40. The additional fragile line 58 is molded to define a flap 60. At least one outer part of the flap 60 is not connected to the inner laminate structure 24 so that the flap can be scraped by a consumer to initiate the opening of the package 12. A corresponding additional flimsy line can be provided on the internal laminated structure to define one end of the internal tear strip portion. The corresponding additional fragile line in the inner layer can be moved from the fragile line in the outer layer. The other end of the tear strip remains attached to the rest of the wrapper at that Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 28/153 / 35 configuration. [0069] To open the package 12, the consumer scrapes the flap 60 and pulls the tear strip portion 40 out and around the main body of the package. As the outer tear strip portion 49 is pulled, it separates from the rest of the outer laminate structure 26 along the outer fragile lines 42, 44. Because the inner tear strip portion 46 is attached to the strip portion outer tear strip 40 with permanent adhesive, the inner tear strip portion is pulled with the outer tear strip portion 40 and separates from the rest of the inner laminated structure 24 along the inner fragile lines 48, 50. The side edge regions 54 of the outer tear strip portion 40 separates from the regions of the inner laminate structure 24 because they are bonded with a peelable adhesive. Once the tear strip 30 has been completely opened, the end region of the package can be folded back to reveal an end of the interior chocolate bar. [0070] Opening arrangement 28 allows packaging 12 to be opened easily by the user without requiring unnecessary effort and with minimal risk of the packaging breaking outside fragile lines. The provision of flimsy lines 42, 44, 48 and 50 in both the inner and outer laminated structures means that both can be easily torn in a controlled manner. However, due to the fact that the internal and external fragile lines are displaced, the integrity of the packaging is maintained before opening. [0071] It should be noted that the opening produced when the tear strip 30 is open is not large enough for the product to be removed through the opening on its own. Suitably, the tear strip 30 is positioned and configured, such that part of the package, generally an end region is opened to gain access to the product. In the present configuration, the tear strip does not extend completely around the Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 29/153 / 35 packaging, so that the 38A end region remains attached to the rest of the package and is folded over the end of the product to allow the product, or part of the product, to be removed from the package. This is advantageous in that the 38A end region remains attached to the rest of the package and therefore there is less risk that the end region will be discarded causing a minor problem. In addition, if only part of the product is consumed, the end region 38 can be removed to help contain and protect the remaining product. Where the peelable adhesive 56 used to glue the longitudinal side edges 54 of the outer tear strip portion 40 is a resealable adhesive, it will be possible to reposition the tear strip 30 to partially reseal the package and maintain the 38 A end region in place. Alternatively, the tear strip could be positioned so that it extends through the space between the 38 A end region and the rest of the package and is attached to both portions to hold the 38 A end region in position. In this arrangement, the tear strip acts as a re-closing flap. Even if a resealable adhesive will not form as strong a glue as it did initially, sufficient adhesive strength will remain that will enable the package to be opened and closed numerous times. For use as a closing tab, the tear strip can be set so that it is completely removed from the wrapper when opened, to facilitate positioning. In other configurations, the tear strip 30 can be placed to completely surround the package, so that the end region 38 A is completely removed when the tear strip is opened. [0072] The fragile lines 42, 44, 48, 50 can be continuous or they can be discontinuous. The fragile lines can extend completely through their respective laminated structure 24, 26 or they can extend only partially through them. The fragile lines can be in the form of lines Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 30/153 / 35 dashes or perforations, for example. The fragile lines can be formed using any suitable methods, such as by laser engraving or by marking. In one configuration, fragile lines are produced using a pair of counter-rotating matrix cylinders, positioned on the opposite sides of the laminated material, one of the cylinders being positioned to have contact with the external laminated structure and having blades to form the external fragile lines, the other matrix cylinder being placed to make contact with the internal laminated structure and having blades to form the internal rupture lines. [0073] Figures 5 and 6 illustrate a second configuration of a packaging assembly 110, according to the invention. The packaging assembly 110 of the second configuration includes a tubular package 112 formed from a wrapper 114 which houses a plurality of products 111 which are placed side by side in a stack. The products 111, in this case, are gum balls that have an outer, rectangular peripheral shape. Suitably, the side wall region 112 A of the tubular package 112 has a corresponding rectangular profile in the lateral cross section. The package 112 in this configuration is not a flow wrap package, but instead the wrap 114 is circumferentially folded over the stack, so that one longitudinal edge of the wrap overlaps the other longitudinal edge and is held in place by adhesive or, differently, bonded to form a longitudinal seal. In this case, the longitudinal seal is flat rather than in the form of a fin seal. The wrapper is larger than the stack and the projecting ends of the wrapper are folded to form flaps 160 in an overlapping arrangement to close the ends of the package. The end closure flaps 160 are adhered to each other so that the wrapper forms a sealed package at least partially for products 111. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 31/153 / 35 [0074] Housing 114 is a laminate having an internal and external laminated structure and the housing includes an opening arrangement including a tear strip 130 which is constructed in substantially the same manner as the tear strip 30 described above in relation to the first configuration 10, which the reader should refer to for details. In that case, however, the tear strip 130 extends across the entire width of the wrapper so that it completely surrounds a side wall region of the complete package near an end 138. As a result, an end region 138A of the package is completely removed when tear strip 130 is opened, as shown in Figure 6. [0075] Figure 7 illustrates a third configuration of a packaging assembly 210 according to the present invention. The packaging assembly 210 of the third configuration is substantially the same as that of the second configuration, except that in this case, the tear strip 230 does not extend completely around the package, but only through a front face 232 and partially downward from the two adjacent side faces 234, 236. The tear strip 230 in this configuration is configured so that the end region 238A of the package is folded over the end of the contained stack of products after the tear strip has been open to gain access to products. In this configuration, the end region 238 A can be repositioned after one or more of the products has been removed to at least be re-closed or used as a re-closure tab as described above in relation to the first configuration 10. [0076] Figures 8 and 9 illustrate a fourth configuration of a packing assembly 310 according to the present invention. In this configuration, the packaging set also includes a stack of products placed side by side and which are sealed in a 312 tubular package in a manner similar to the second and third configurations. Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 32/153 / 35 However, in these cases the products have a circular outer profile so that the side wall region of the 312 package has a corresponding circular shape in lateral cross section. The products in this case could be mint, wine gums, sewn sweets or any other product with a circular external profile. As with the two preceding configurations, the wrapper 314 is folded circumferentially over the stack, so that one longitudinal edge 362 of the wrapper overlaps the other longitudinal edge 364 and is held in place by means of adhesive or is otherwise glued to form a longitudinal seal as shown in Figure 9. The longitudinal ends of the housing are folded to form flaps 360 in an overlap arrangement to close the ends of the package. [0077] The wrapper 314 is a laminate that has an internal and external laminated structure and is provided with tear strip 330 which extends completely around the packaging near an end 338 so that at the opening, the end region is completely removed. The sealing strip 330 is constructed and used in the same way as the sealing strip 30 described above, in relation to the first configuration, which the reader should consult for details. [0078] It should be appreciated that the fourth configuration could be modified so that the tear strip 330 extends only partially around the side wall region of the package, so that the end region 338A remains attached to the rest of the package. In this arrangement, the end region 338 A is folded over the end of the product stack when the package is opened and can be repositioned to at least partially reseal the package. Where a resealable adhesive is used to glue the side edge regions of the outer tear strip portion, the tear strip can be redrawn or used as a reseal flap as described above in relation to Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 33/153 / 35 first configuration 10. [0079] Figures 10 and 11 show a fifth configuration of a packaging assembly 410 according to the present invention. As with the previous configuration, the packaging set of the fifth configuration includes a stack of circular products placed side by side and which are contained by a tubular package 412. However, in this case, the package 412 is a flow-wrapped package that has a fin seal 416 and the tear strip 430 extends only around part of the side wall of the package 412. [0080] The fifth configuration illustrates how a flow wrap packaging can be adapted to pack a stack of products with the wrap being folded around the product and regions of the longitudinal edge of the wrap connected together, inner face with inner face, to form a longitudinal sealed fin seal 416. This can best be seen in Figure 11. The ends of the housing extending beyond the ends of the stack are joined together to form end seals 420, 422 which can extend transversely. [0081] The wrapper 414 is a laminate that has an internal structure and an external structure and is provided with a tear strip 430 which extends only partially around a side wall region of the package. Therefore, when the tear strip 430 is opened, the end region 438A of the package is folded over the end of the stack to allow access to the products. In this configuration, the end region 438 A can be repositioned after one or more of the products has been removed to close the package at least partially. Where a resealable adhesive is used to glue the side edge regions of the outer tear strip portion, the tear strip can be rewrapped or used as a rewrapping flap as described above in relation to the first configuration 10. The strip rupture 430 is Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 34/153 / 35 constructed and works in the same way as the tear strip 30 described above, in relation to the first configuration and which should be consulted by the reader for further details. [0082] It should be noted that the tear strip 430 in the fifth configuration could be placed to completely surround the package 412 so that the end region 438 A can be completely removed. [0083] Figures 12 to 17 illustrate modifications to the opening arrangement 28 of the first configuration 10, but which can be adopted in any of the other configurations described here. [0084] In the configuration, as shown in Figures 1 to 4, the internal rupture lines 48, 50 are spaced inwardly from the external rupture lines 42, 44 by the same amount as the position of the rupture strip inner 46 is substantially and centrally aligned with the other outer tear strip portion 40. However, as shown in Figure 12, in some applications, it may be desirable to offset the inner tear strip portion 46 towards one of the outer fragile lines 42 This has the effect of increasing the surface area of one of the longitudinal edge regions 54 to the portion of the outer tear strip 40 which overlaps the inner laminate structure outside the internal fragile lines. This can be an advantage where it is intended that the tear strip 30 is reshaped, as it provides an enlarged area on one side of the tear strip to which the peelable adhesive is reused. This may be easier for a user to reseal than two smaller areas on each side of the tear strip. The internal tear strip portion 46 could be moved in each direction and in varying amounts. In an extreme case, the inner tear strip can be moved so that one of the inner tear lines 48 is positioned in line with one of the outer tear lines 42, as illustrated by the arrow in Figure 13. In this case, one or both of the Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 35/153 / 35 fragile overlapping lines 42, 48 will generally be non-continuous or will only extend through the thickness of their respective laminated structure to maintain the integrity of the package prior to opening. Alternatively, the adhesive layer between the inner and outer laminated structures can be invoked to seal the package. [0085] In the arrangement illustrated in Figure 14, the internal fragile lines 48, 50 are spaced apart by a greater distance than the external fragile lines 42, 44 so that the internal tear strip portion 46 is larger than the portion of outer tear strip 40. In this case, the longitudinal edge regions are defined along each side of the inner tear strip portion 46 between each inner fragile line 48, 50 and its corresponding outer fragile line 42, 44. The longitudinal edge regions of the inner tear strip portion are bonded to those overlapping portions of the outer laminated structure with a peelable adhesive while the outer tear strip is permanently attached to the inner tear strip. With this configuration, as the consumer pulls the portion of the outer tear strip 30, the portion of the inner tear strip 40 is pulled out through the opening formed in the outer laminated structure as the regions of longitudinal edges come out of the structure external laminate. Such an arrangement generally requires the laminate material to be flexible enough in such a way that the longitudinal edge regions of the inner sealing strip portion can bend as they are pulled out of the opening in the outer laminated structure. Those regions of longitudinal overlapping edge of the internal tear strip will generally be relatively thin, being in a region of a few mm, but can be selected as desired, depending on the nature of the material. As with the configurations described above, with respect to Figures 12 and 13, the relative positions of the internal and external tear strip portions can be varied laterally. [0086] Figure 15 illustrates a configuration in which the strip portion Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 36/153 / 35 internal rupture is partially displaced to one side of the external rupture strip portion. In this configuration, a longitudinal edge 44 of the outer tear strip portion 40 projects beyond the corresponding longitudinal edge 50 of the inner tear strip portion 46 to define a first longitudinal edge region 54 which is connected to an overlapping portion of the internal laminated structure with a peelable adhesive. On the other side of the tear strip, the longitudinal edge 48 of the inner tear strip portion 46 projects beyond the corresponding longitudinal edge 42 of the outer tear strip portion 40 to define a second longitudinal edge region in the tear strip portion. internal rupture which is connected to the overlapping portion of the external laminated structure by means of a peelable adhesive. As with all configurations, the peelable sticker can be resealed. [0087] Figures 16 and 17 illustrate an alternative arrangement in which there is no internal tear strip portion 46 as such. In these configurations, only an internal fragile line 48 is provided in the internal laminate. The inner fragile line is positioned between, but follows the same path as the outer fragile lines. The entire portion of the outer tear strip 40 is attached to the underlying region of the inner laminated structure using a peelable and possibly resealed adhesive. This makes it possible for the outer tear strip portion 40 to be pulled from the inner laminated structure to reveal the inner flimsy line 48. Where the inner flimsy line 48 is continuous and extends across the entire thickness of the inner laminated structure, tear off the external tear strip 40 will effectively open the package. However, where the inner flimsy line 48 is discontinuous or where it extends only through part of the thickness of the inner laminate structure, then it will be necessary to break the inner laminate structure after the outer tear strip portion 40 has been pulled out . This could be done, for example, by folding the packaging of the end region over Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 37/153 / 35 a side breaking the end of the product adjacent to the tear strip 30 resulting in the fact that the inner laminated structure is torn along the inner flimsy line 48. This can be an appropriate arrangement where the product is a bar of chocolate or similar and where a portion at one end can be pulled out. In an additional alternative, the end region of the package can be pulled out of the rest of the package in a longitudinal direction. In Figure 16, the internal fragile line 48 is positioned more or less in the center between the external rupture lines 42, 44, but the internal fragile line may be displaced as shown in Figure 17. [0088] The configurations shown in Figures 16 and 17 are partially suitable where the tear strip is intended to be reusable as it provides a maximum surface area between the outer tear strip portion 40 and the inner laminate structure in which a detachable and resealed adhesive can be applied to enable the portion of outer strip 40 to be remade after the initial opening. [0089] In all configurations described above, and as shown in the attached drawings, the tear strip 30-40 is aligned to extend perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the package, but this is not essential and the tear strip could be angled in relation to the longitudinal axis. Furthermore, the tear strip does not have to be straight, but it could follow a curved or linear path. In fact, while it is expected that the fragile outer lines are generally evenly spaced along their lengths, this is not essential and the spacing between the outer lines could be varied, providing the minimum spacing that allows the positioning of the tear strip portion to be positioned internal or single internal fragile line. In some applications, the tear strip can be placed to extend longitudinally as shown in Figure 18 which shows a flow wrap package that has a longitudinally aligned and curved 540 tear strip. In this case, the product is a Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 38/153 / 35 chocolate which is relatively large and thin and the tear strip is wide enough that when opened, an end region of the package can be folded upwards to expose one end of the bar. More than one tear strip can be provided in each package. [0090] Where the package is a flow wrap package, the tear strip can be aligned longitudinally with the fragile lines on either side of the fin seal, so that the fin seal forms part of the other portion of the tear strip. In this configuration, the fin seal can be picked up by the consumer to open without the need for a separate opening flap. [0091] The tear strip position can be aligned with printing on the internal structure so that a hidden or promotional message / competition codes are revealed when the tear strip is opened. In an arrangement, the impression on the inner surface of the laminated structure is aligned so as to fall within the portion of the internal tear strip. When the tear strip is opened and folded up, the print can be read. Alternatively, where the outer tear strip portion has one or more regions of longitudinal edge that excessively portions of the laminated structure structure, the impression can be applied or otherwise made visible on the outer surface of the laminated structure where it is covered by a region longitudinal edge of the outer tear strip portion. The impression is revealed when the tear strip is opened. Figure 19 illustrates an additional configuration in which a package 612 has a side tear strip 649 with longitudinal curved edges and in which the text 660 has been printed on the inner surface of the inner laminate structure within the inner tear strip portion to render becomes visible when the tear strip is opened. An end of product 662, which in this case is also a chocolate bar, is visible in the space formed by removing the tear strip. [0092] In the configurations as described above, an adhesive is used Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 39/153 / 35 lamination permanent 52 to glue the inner and outer lamination structures over most of their opposite surface areas, including between the inner and outer tear strip portions, and a peelable adhesive 56 is used to glue the longitudinal edge regions 54 of the tear strip in a detachable manner. While this is an effective arrangement, it requires that two adhesives be applied to the materials in correct registration with the fragile lines. In an alternative arrangement that can be used in any of the configurations described here, a single adhesive is used to bond the internal and external laminated structures, but the adhesive is standardized in order to provide different adhesion forces, as required. In this arrangement, the adhesive will be standardized to provide a lower bond strength in the regions where the inner and outer laminated structures are intended to be pulled apart, such as the longitudinal edge regions 54 of the tear strip, than in the regions where the inner and outer laminated structures are. are not meant to be separated. While this still requires the adhesive to be standardized in registration with the fragile lines, this is simpler when applying a single adhesive to a single adhesive application station than when two adhesives are applied to separate stations. [0093] As mentioned earlier, fragile lines do not need to extend completely through the respective internal and external laminated structures. For example, the fragile outer lines should extend only partially through the outer laminated structure, leaving at least part of a layer of material that forms the outer structure intact. This can help to ensure the integrity of the package before opening. When the fragile outer lines do not extend completely through the outer laminate structure, the inner and outer tear strip portions do not need to be connected together, but can be left off. This could provide a double tear strip construction with the removal of the outer tear strip portion allowing access Petition 870190039283, of 25/04/2019, p. 40/153 / 35 to the internal tear strip portion. In that case, information could be printed on the outside of the inner tear strip portion or on the inside side of the outer tear strip portion to be revealed when the outer tear strip portion is opened. [0094] The preceding configurations are not intended to limit the scope of protection offered by the claims, but are intended to describe examples of how the invention can be put into practice. For example, while the configurations described above are adapted to pack confectionery products, the packaging arrangements described here can be adapted to pack other foods and even non-food products. [0095] While the invention claimed in the present application is directed to packaging formed from a flexible wrapping or film, many of the teachings of the application can be applied to packaging made of other suitable laminated materials. For example, the teaching disclosed here could be applied to packaging made of flexible laminated cardboard such as cardboard, cardboard or the like. Such materials are used to form transparent dome boxes and packaging and the like. Patent protection for tear strip arrangements disclosed here, when applied to packaging formed from flexible laminated cardboard, such as cardboard, cardboard, can be classified through one or more continuation or divisional patent applications.
